FAQs
What is Love, Raisah?
1
Love, Raisah is the brand established by a One-Woman-Operated creative endeavor (Est. 2025). She wanted a to put a name to all her tangible creations, whether they be art or ceramics and share them with the world. The name ‘Love, Raisah’ emerged from the intention of putting out each piece of her work as if it were a personal letter from her to whomever she could share it with.

*The processing time for bulk orders will take somewhere between 1 and 2 months, depending on the scale of the order.
Where are you based, and do you ship internationally?
3
I am currently based in Shah Alam, Malaysia, in a home studio (not for visitors)
As I am still a new business, my capacity at home is still a work in progress. At the time being, I do more upscale works such as bulk orders and all the kiln firing with a third-party studio (where I was once a student of 3 years!)
At the moment, I only ship within Malaysia, but I’m hoping to ship internationally when the opportunity arises.
Do you provide lessons / workshops?
4
Not currently. Although! It may be subject to change in the future. So keep on the lookout!
How long does the ceramic making process take?
5
Ceramic making is no quick feat. From the process of making the product to the drying, bisque-firing, and glaze firing can all take up to a month or so.
I am currently saving up expenses to get my own kiln. If you’d like to help donate some funds, you can DM me! (May you be blessed tenfold)
Are you selling any of your artworks?
6
Not all artworks are listed for sale, but if the buyer is serious, the price will be disclosed. A4 and <A4 prints can be sold upon request.
